When you purchase any of our high-end beauty care products by Skin La-La™ , you can be confident that you are getting the highest quality skin care product available anywhere. We offer One-time orders as well as, a monthly Auto-Ship Program.

You may cancel at anytime by e-mailing support@skinlala.com or by logging into your back office and canceling your auto shipment. By ordering today you are giving authorization to be billed $ 65.90 per month for a period of six months relating to six product shipments.  In order to continue receiving product shipments after the initial six month period you will be required to provide authorization to be billed monthly for the next six months and reauthorize every six months thereafter.

All orders that are placed with Skin La-La™ will be shipped within 48 hours from the date of purchase. Please allow extra time for orders that are placed over the week-end. They will be shipped that following Monday.

Skin La-La™ maintains a 7 day 100% refund policy less shipping on all enrollment orders. If your on an auto-ship and receive your auto-ship order and you decide you do not want it, simply send it back within 30 days of when you were billed and we will refund the entire product cost no questions asked.

Refunds are processed within 3 days of receipt of your returned product and will be credited to the card you used to make the purchase. The refund normally shows on your credit card statement within 5 days of when the refund was issued. You will also receive an e-mail notification when the refund is processed. All returned product orders are refunded automatically and customers are notified by e-mail.
